    Well, approaching our 3 year mark of dating, I gave my lady a ring today, and did the deed. We plan to elope, as it is more our style to go have a good time, vs. making a big production of things. Talks are leaning towards going to Daytona next spring to do it. Of course no trip to Florida is complete without a stop up to BC to check out all the great toys, and meet the man himself, Gard Lewis.

    Looking forward to this!

    Thanks everyone!

    Good question Jared, my definition of eloping in this case is, going away for a vacation, having a great time, avoiding the families and all the hype, and taking care of business in the process. This is what we both want, should be fun!

    I know two couples that eloped, and they seem to have better marriages than the 20 couples I know that had $30,000 weddings. No kidding.
