Jack Casady Hard Shell Case?

I currently own two JC basses, and the only HSC that is available for them are the Epiphone issue roles covered ones. I really would like a PVC or some other case material that doesn't need repair/replace every few years!
Does anyone know of any such animal out there? I sure can't seem to find one!
