I just got a Spector legend 4 of my friend and I love the tone. There are only two issues.

    1. When I stick the chord in the jack it plays fine but if I move the chord (part near jack) around it makes a crisp and semi- loud popping sound. How can I fix it?

    2. One of my knobs are loose but it is loose inside the electrical cavity not the knob itself. Will I need to change the pots or is there a more simple solution? It works fine it just annoys my OCD

    Thxso much,

The first one can probably be fixed just by bending the contact tabs inward a bit so they make a more snug connection against the plug. The second can be fixed with an ordinary crescent wrench, just tighten the nut holding the pot onto the bass.

yea, I can't really access the contact plugs because they are covers by a little net like thing over the top of the jack so essentially the jack is hollow but covered on one end.
