    Good Evening all

I was just explaining to my friend about Jaco, and i noticed in the pic, he has holes in between the bridge and the Bridge pick-up. Did he move his pickup closer to the neck?
And were all his parts stock? Like the pups and the bridge?

    Thanks,

    Mark

I do believe that those holes were there for the string mutes that were standard issue on Fender Jazzes.

    Though I could be wrong.

They used to be, and they're the reason why they had the cover over the bridge originally.
