Jag Bass?!?!

I'd imagine a Japanese retailer is the only place you can get one, they're probably not sold domestically.

I'd also imagine that it sound alot like a Jazz, but you can probably get some new sounds with all those switches. It's a sweet looking bass.

I've played around with them a little unplugged but Joninjapan's post is a must-read for you.

The red and black are both easy to find but I've only seen a couple of the sunbursts.

 

Wow, I so want that bass, I never thought Fender would ever make a Jag jazz bass, that's so beautiful!

The best part has to be the all CAR-ness on the CAR one. They look great.

 

I didn't really care for them at first but the more I get used to looking at them the more I find myself getting a case of GAS!

 

They're so pretty, I want one.
They look amazing in red and black, I'm not so hot on the sunburst ones, though.

 

That's funny, I like the black one but it's the sunburst that makes me want to get one the most!

 

That's a good looking bass! What's the model number? I couldn't seem to find it on the Ishibashi website.

 

Yep. Not available over here (at least not yet...?) in the states. Gotta get it from Ishibashi or whoever you deal with for Japanese stuff. I want a black one. Really bad.
