  1. Jason Newsted should buy it- and drive it in a Voivod or Ozzy video- and run over James & Lars lookalikes :p

77K alot 'o' bread. Good Bass rig, a decent demo recording, a Conklin bass...any number of other things that cash could go to.

Like a friend of mine said once, and I'll paraphrase:

"For $77,000 it better have wings, or a basement!"
  3. it sounds like a hunk of poo-poo to me.

Gee, I love the bars they welded inside the car.

Kinda takes the "vintage" or "classic" feel out of the whole experience doesn't it?
  13. "From James:

We were looking for a black ‘68 Camaro for the “I Disappear” video shot in San Francisco for street jumping scenes ala Steve McQueen in 'Bullitt'. The car started out as a red ‘67. We chopped the wind wings out to look like a ‘68."

-but Steve McQueen drove a Mustang in Bullitt?

    :D :D :D

Yeah, $70,000 is a lot of money to pay for a car that's far from car show quality.
