sorry if this has been asked before but i couldnt find it,
first im not sure how exactly the bridge works(kinda confused about different settings, so and explanation would be appreciated)...but the saddle on my E string is slipping down towards the volume and tone controls but i dont know why... its a standard jazz bass and i heard there bridges suck..but i dont know... and also on the e string i can push the saddle back easily and the spring pushes it back towards the neck..why is this??
    anyways thanx
