Jazz bass Lawsuit?

    Dear all,

    I got this bass guitar in very bad condition with non original varnish and no frets. So i got it together with both new. My questionn is if somebody can help me with recognazing the manufacturer? It looks like lawsuit basses MIJ and it has years to it, but I cant find a lawsuit with 6 six screws on neck plate. Ibanez, Greco, Aria had 4 screws..
    Anybody has some idea? I would appreciate it :) (Photos in reply)

    Maybe a bit older than the "lawsuit" era, possibly Cortez.

    Some of the '70s Jazz copies made by Moridaira had a 6-screw neck plate.
