This may not be the correct forum, but I'm sure someone here knows for sure...

What are the potentiometers used in a vintage Jazz bass? I'm looking for Ohms here... are they all 250K, volume, volume, and tone?

Yes, they are all the same (250k audio taper).

Cool, that's what I thought. I'm thinking of putting a Warmoth together (Natural finish on swamp ash, all black hardware, black pickguard, maple neck/fretboard w/ black block inlays and binding) and I wanna put some Lindy Fralins in there. I don't think they'd be hot enough to warrant 500K pots for volume.... right?

Well, your original question was about the vintage Jazz which uses the 250k pots.
I'm not sure about the Lindy Fralins. If they're single coils like the jazz', they're most likely 250k.

  5. And make sure they're audio taper.
