Assuming you're meaning a master series, i.e neck and bridge, rather than the individual pickups, and the pickups have two wires...

Take the neck ground wire (probably soldered to back of volume pot) and the bridge hot wire (which was soldered to the middle / rightmost lug of the bridge pot). Solder them together, cover the join with electrical tape or shrink tubing, and there you go.

Just curious, why don't you want the option switchable?

well...i never blend my pickups. i always keep them both full on, and i don't really want to deal with a switch being there. i want it as simple as possible. i mean...i know i won't be switching back and forth, so i want to try hardwiring my pickups in series and see how it goes. if i'm not crazy about it, i can always have it wired back to parallel.
