    I've got mixed feelings about the "free real book online."

    The cheapskate in me says, "Hot diggity" (which, FOGHORN, is what cheapskates in Maine say).

    The copywritten composer in me says, "Hey, no royalties for anybody."

    The jazzer in me says, "Geez: Semi-accurate lead sheets for free -- guess you're getting what you pay for."

    Real book tunes have been ripped so many times, it's probably not really an issue any more.
