    JBL Cabaret 4625 bass cabinet

This is a professional grade cabinet with an 8 ohm E140 15” bass speaker. Rated 200 watts continuous pink noise and 400 watts continuous program power. Frequency range is rated as 40Hz-2.5kHz. My personal measurements showed that the cabinet is tuned to 41Hz ( low E ). Sensitivity is 100db SPL. JBL painted these cabs with a black polyurethane paint to protect them from scuffs and it has held up pretty well. Bought this back around ’83 and its in great shape for its age. Yes, it does have some wear around some of the edges, but overall, I’ve taken good care of it. This model is great for medium to large sized gigs and can put some oomph under those 2-10 cabinets. Has that classic smooth yet punchy vintage 80’s JBL tone you hear on Dead and Starship recordings.

This cabinet measures 29 1/2 x 18 1/2 x 19 1/2 and weighs about 90lbs. ( same as most 4-10’s ), so I would like to sell it locally. I can send a Cabaret .pdf file so you can check the specs. Email for pics. $275.00
