Baseball practice started 2 weeks ago. Now I was moderately sore for the first couple days as expected. But now practice barely starts and my knees and ankles start hurting to the point where it hurts too much to sprint, and especially when I slow down. I should mention that I "awkwardly bent" my right knee and my left ankle not long ago. Also I may be running weirdly because of the poor condition of our outfield (has hidden bumps and dips) and my spikes are way old. So, is there anything at work here besides some very minor injuries, bad spikes, and a crappy field?
