Sexy! No bad sounds from that bunch. Now all you need is your Kern back...

You got me even more interested seeing that PreSonus Eureka. How does it go for a bass preamp? Does it have a hot enough signal to drive a power amp? You got same damn nice cabs by the way.

  7. Diggin' that setup!!

    Joker,
You sure get around, I see you everywhere! Anyway I notice that you have an Alembic F1X right over a Stewart 1.2. Has it given you any
cooling problems in a 2 space rack? I'm thinking of getting a 2 space rack also to cut down on unneccessary bulk. Let me know...

    Thanks

    Is that a Whappo jr.?
It looks pretty small. I guess that's why it's Jr.

  10. That is the new style Tri112L. Joker did a review on it recently.

    Nice! :hyper:

How does the 359 sound with the Tri 112? That should be a mighty mini rig, for sure!

Whoops, that looks like the 680 on top of the Tri. Didn't you use to have a 359 as well?

    hey james,

i'm working on a little review, and i'll be sure to post up it here and in the "Gear Reviews" part of TB. so far, i'm VERY happy with the sounds. compressor, fully parametric EQ, the ability to flip their order, yadda yadda yadda... its quite the bass pre.

    tom,

my friend's borrowing the DB359 for a dood he's producing. was supposed to be for only 3 days. its been a week! think i should stop spoiling him now. ;)

    nope,

but granted, i'm bridging it to 700 watts @ 8 ohms, it doesnt break a sweat. no heat issues whatsoever. but as ironic as it sounds, i usually use the Stewart with my Acmes for the low volume gigs to get the most out of them.

tho for the waaaay larger gigs, i've got a Peavey DPC1400x that has a variable fan.

    lol, caught me red handed!

  19. I'm not a real old timer here on TB, but I've been around long enough to have a handle on what you're up to, you scamp. What a sweet collection!!! Congrats on the Kern BTW.
