This is a good video, but unintentionally funny in a few places. First, it cracks me up how a decent looking young woman can make such “ugly” bass faces, but I certainly understand that she is getting into her playing. The other thing I thought was really funny was when she described Pino Pallidino as having played with “many great artists and John Mayer.” For a Berkeley grad who is a very good guitarist, dude never gets any respect.:D

I think it's just the way she phased the sentence, Mayer can hang with almost anybody.

Considering his image, it was pretty funny to me.

Pino is on my Mt. Rushmore for bassists. LOVE his playing. Really shocked that she didn't cover "Who Do You Think I Was?" Pino just slays on that track.

Probably has something to do with her German to English translation. Cool video, thanks.

She speaks English quite nicely which is part of why she has the job. I think she just misspoke.

LOL! I caught that, too. Equally funny is how Thomann apparently feels that tone is greatly improved by leaving the FMIC sticker on the pickguard. ;)

I don't believe we should discuss people's looks. Positive or negative, it doesn't add to our bass knowledge. Thanks.
