Just sharing a photo of some of my gear at rehearsal! Excited to play a gig with my Genesis Tribute band Gabble Ratchet at The Alvas Showroom in San Pedro, CA. The Fender Twin isn't my amp - it's the included back line at the rehearsal studio.

Got a pic of the rest of the rig? I'm digging on the ESP J bass...

Thanks! I love that bass. I bought it from a guy in Los Angeles around 1994. It was at an equipped rehearsal studio so I didn't bring any of my amps. Here is the rest of my rig I use for the Genesis Trib shows (Ashdown ABM500 & 410H cab). I usually just borrow a guitar amp. I run my bass pedals through my old GK 400RB into a cabinet loaded with 2 Carvin PS12's (not pictured).

They are Crumar pedals from the 70's! Poor man's Taurus but they sound really good.

No - Summit Rehearsal Studios in Pasadena. We have rehearsed at Woodsound a few times though. Both are good places.

Cool.Tom, the owner, at Woodsound is an old friend, and great bass player. He was also my roommate for years just before our oldest was born. Never been to Summit but I think I’ve been by.

What is your set list like? Do you guys do mostly Gabriel era material, or do you do some post-Gabriel era as well?

It's kind of a mix but we rarely stray past 1980. People usually want to hear mostly the Gabriel era stuff. We did a "fan request" format for our next show so there is some obscure and/or really old material in the set together with things like Ripples, Dance On A Volcano and Los Endos. Of course In The Cage is a perennial favorite. Let's just say I'm playing a lot of 12 string guitar with weird tunings coming up here. LOL
