just found out i love it

Hey guys,
Turk here. I just have started playing bass in the past couple months. I play in a band out of Atlanta called The Planet Riders. For the past 17 years i have played guitar, but unforseen circumstances put me in the situation of playing bass in our band. I was hesitant at first as I had never played bass in a live setting before. I only messed around with it at home. Needless to say, with every day that passes my skills are improving and I am getting more and more comfortable with the heavier gauge and fatter sound. I TRULY LOVE playing bass and will only go back to guitar if i have to. Any help that Ya'll are willing to share would be MUCH appreciated.
