    hey all, just got streamer lx 4 string off ebay pretty cool finish to it atlest imo. I got a couple questions i dont have
    the bass yet, but judging from the pics can anyone take
    a guess at what year it is?

    Also im not sure if the strap
    will come with it but it looks like it has strap locks on it
    and im not sure exacly what it needs. And finaly what
    would u guys suggest as cleaning material for it
    its a high gloss wenge neck/fingerboard.

    thanx,lucas

    The last two digits of the serial number should be the year of manufacture. My LX 4 ends in "98". Check the Warwick website for maintenance guidance, especially the premium finishes. I use the ScotchBrite pads and Minwax wax to keep the wenge neck in tip-top condition.

  8. That bass looks freaking awesome, dude. Nice catch.

    I cant believe you defretted a Black Eagle! :eek:

    They're pretty rare and sell for an alright amount of cash. I know a couple of TBers are looking for one.

    ::sigh::

    Nice score on the Warwick!

    I bought the black eagle already defretted and re sanded and re molded, the markings on the fretboard are awesome.. altho
    its a big time fixer upper and i dont much about changing certain things, but im learning slowly. The string tension
    makes it quite difficult to play, but it does sound quite nice.
    I need to take it to someone who knows what there doing lol
