    yea maybe the vintage jazz pickups of I might try some barts it all depends. lean more towards the vintage jazz i like that vintage tone mmmmmm yummy

    Groovy, the pups should suffice for that tone, rig depending. The only mod I'd suggest would be slapping a high mass bridge (i.e. BadAss II) on.

    yea true. how much change tone wise would that bridge do? i was also thinking of putting a bridge cover on it also make it look more vintage looking.:bassist:

    I don't think it would to too much, if you do it right and ground it properly. The one thing you will definitely notice, though, is your sustain will be much better.
