Just Joined TBRKs; Opinions?

    We had our first audition/rehearsal today. I'm impressed, they are impressed. So I'm pretty sure that I'm in. We are all pretty much on the same page. No one particularly outshines anyone else, cept that Stephan has a great voice.

    I get to be the gray beard for a change.

    We all bring something different to the table influence wise. All in all I enjoyed the energy of tunes and was able to pick them up quickly. I can't wait to tighten up the songs and then add my own flava to them. I can't wait to see what direction we take this project in.

    This is my third project. I really think it will be fruitful and be something different for the area. These guys are really driven. I have however no delusions of rock stardom, but taking this project on the road is definitely on the table.

    I am shamelessly plugging the band so check us out, add us (or not) if you like it. Constructive criticism and feedback is always appreciated (Musically and recording wise).

    It's not my cup of tea. However, it's mixed well and sounds tight. I don't know if there's anything original in there that would say, "hey, that's TBRK!" (besides the lyrics)

    Hopefully you can put a nice twist on it. Also, don't take this the wrong way, this is coming from someone who doesn't like that genre at all.

    I really like the music! You do sound like Anberlin, but so many bands sound similar to so many other bands...hands down, a great sound! Congrats and good luck!
