I just got this Saturday night, Man! what a bass. When I first saw it, Blue & Yellow, and that funky shape?. Luckily I'm a UCLA Bruin Fan, but when I played it, I just fell in love. Even my wife is in awe of the looks. This bass is definetly a keeper. The neck has so little relief, and no buzz, regardless of my string attack.

    Thanks Marshall.
Ritters don't come to often, and I had to snag it.

Cool. Congrats on the new bass. I still want one someday, but with my current gigging situation, I am having a hard time taking my Roscoe into some of these bars. Let alone a Ritter that costs much more. So, I'll hold off for awhile.

Even though I have never played one (yet), the look of the Ritter Classic, Roya, and especially the Okon are enough to make me want one.

Cripe! That thing is mind-blowing! It's going to cause a fair number of acid flashbacks in your audience, for sure. Congratulations.

That's where an SX comes in handy. Everybody needs a bass to fit every occasion.

    Very nice!!!!!!

  15. I always questioned the resonance with the "plywood" approach of that bass. I'd love to know your thoughts once you have had it for a while.

I would rather term it as "Layered Wood". If you check my profile, I've owned some of the better basses around. This Ritter ranks way up in my list. Just seeing it in pics, you won't be able to appreciate, but once in your hands, and the playability, just breath taking. I can't wait when he comes out with the "MDF" appoach to bass making:D

  20. Congratulations.

All 3 of my top 3 ritters are owned by TB'ers now. At least I'll know who to email when I win the lottery.
