    For years I've longed for a 5 string p-bass and I even owned an American Deluxe, the one with the double coil pup at the bridge and active electronics. I never thought it had a real p-bass vibe. Today I found a new Fender American Professional Precision Bass V in scratch and dent section of Sweetwater. I ended up paying even less than they wanted and I'm pretty sure I can rub out the small scratches in the paint. I'm pumped.

    Nice!
    I played the American Professional Jazz iv and that’s what I know I want. It is the best playing bass I’ve played - bar none.
