I'm psyched. Haven't tried it out with my LM II but I will on Fri. when I pick it up. I'm going from a 15 with no horn to this so I'm excited. I'll be using mainly for upright work. Just tried it at the store with a backline head and it sounded sweet. I'm sure the Marbass will give it more clarity. Yeah.
No it is not new but it's been well taken care of, it belonged to another TB'er I'm told; Brad Jhonson. I hear they still are building cabs, new improved ones are coming out. www.flightcabs.com. Yes they are light. Wish I had the money to buy the other one I saw at the shop too.
Unfortunately FLITE has jumped to about 3 different hosts, domain names and IPs in the past four years. Each time a different practically-unpopulated template for a site gets put up... but no actual info ever makes it to the pages before a new site migration takes place. Just as I've done in the past with the Guy LaPointe and the earlier owner Kurt, I've emailed the current owner, Gerry Suprenant several times about custom designs/builds and asking when some data will get put up. SOON is always the answer, and expect a reply back shortly, but nada. A real shame, because once they stepped past the honeycomb composite panels into the ply foamcore builds they had a fairly durable way to achieve very light weight enclosures that for a DIYer would be a real pain to recreate.
