In "the patient" he uses a guyatone br2 filter pedal, he hasent used the mxr on any recordings, although its on his main board, i think its just a "fun" pedal

 

Nope, no filter in "The Patient". The only recorded usage of the BR2 is very briefly in "The Grudge" and the middle section of "Jambi", and the solo in "The Pot". Live, the MXR is now used in those two, plus the extended Stinkfist.

 

I think he also used it in Roseta Stoned at 5:46 mark.
