Kalamazoo Bass info needed.

    Hi Folks. I'm looking for info on my old Kalamazoo Bass. I think Know a little about it. It was made by Gibson, it's a cheapie model, probably manufactured late 60's, it is only semi-playable as it sits.
    What I don't know- Is it worth my while to fix it up to be playable? Is it worth anything? I'm really not emotionally attached to it if someone wants to make a trade. I want a 4 string Bass to go with my DeArmond 5 string.

    I've never heard of Kalamazoo basses.

    Glad to hear somone else has one. I'm on the verge of doing some restringing and repairing. What's your suggestion?
