KawaiKRB 105 vs Frudua Tuscany

I'am considering one of the 2 basses Kawai considered poor man Alembic this is newer it has PJ PUPs and a graphite neck I'am sure it sounds nice and the price is good especially with graphite neck. I heard there built well not sure if its 87 or newer but they were built until 91. I have heard nothing but good about them and the late 70's early 80's are superb basses. Frudua Tuscany is Itailian bass looks just like a Fender Precision Deluxe from the 90's to 2008 I head one on youtube but it was a bad video and still soured good anyone help me do you have experience with one or the other
