ken parker 6 string - this is odd

    Is that the Ken Parker of Parker guitars fame? It certainly has that Parker vibe. The upper horn looks just like the horn on that white Parker Fly bass that was on the front of Bass Player years ago, the beauty that never made it to production.
     
  4. I don't see anything obviously broken...the finish is beat to hell, but that just adds to the charm.

    I'd be all over that if I had the cash.

    found out some info on this bass today. Al Caldwell who some might know and some might not is Venessa Williams bass player among other projects and super nice guy. He called today about building something ...... and while talking, he brought the Parker bass up on ebay. Come to find out it was built for him by Ken Parker and their is one other out there.

    Sounds like it might be a real cool bass to hang on the wall.

    its a bass with 7 strings and no frets :D
