I just got a set, after trying over three months to get them, and they are well worth the wait. Anyone ever use them, if so what do you think of them. IMHO these are some funky strings, made to slap and funk with.

My teacher 4 years ago did a set-up and he tossed them on my first Mex jazz(and last mex jazz never the less)and I loved them,I always have at least one of my p-basses strung up with them, they have a nice tension,I am very perticular about string tension and only use certain strings on certain basses even though they are all Fender's,both P and J basses.
Now I also love me some compression wounds, got to have em !:hyper:

    Why the long wait?

I get mine from samash.com $11.99 a set. They have them listed as closeouts, but they have had them for months and months...
