Any one ever See Otis Taylor perform? He got a great Bass player named Kenny Pasarelli with him! NO DRUMS just solid as Hell BASS he just sits on this funky groove and doesnt stop ! Check it/Him out! AJ
If memory serves, he played for Elton John for a while in the '70s. He's been around for a long time. Nice to hear he's still playing.
Passarelli was also Joe Walsh's bassist post-James Gang..."Rocky Mountain Way"? Also, there's a cool little Reggae-esque number on The Smoker You Drink The Player You Get (drawing a blank on that song's title). I think KP also chipped in on Rick Derringer's All American Boy(the couple tunes that Derringer didn't do-it-all). BTW, if anyone out there besides me has Walsh's Barnstorm- Check out who else besides Passarelli is on bass...Chuck Rainey. I recall sitting there on Xmas morning 1973, riding the liner notes, & wondering who the heck that was!
