    Just got in from a concert featuring Kenny's new trio. He's got two "Young Lions" - Johannes Weidenmueller on bass, and Ari Hoenig on drums - with him these days, and they only look like nice little friendly kittens until they start playing. This group was as tight, as loose, and as inspired as any that I've seen in a long time. Their new CD is called "Form and Fantasy". It's live, and if it sounds anything like what I just heard, I plan on playing it until my wife threatens to kill me. These guys sound FANTASTIC.

    I haven't been going under the name Johannes Weidenmueller too long, just long enough to avoid the press, but I'm glad you saw my show.

    Anyhoo, thanks for the tip, just another CD to add to my long list.
