Discussion in 'Off Topic [BG]' started by Bluez Dawg, May 5, 2006.

  1. How much timing does a Keyboard need in order for it to sound good? I may be switching from the bass to a Keyboard. and want your guys input please?

and Same question goes for the Acoustic guitars?

I think you'll need one of these to answer your question:
    112.

You can advance your timing by about 3 degrees or so, but you can expect some loping at idle.

Derek, learning to create music is hard work. REAL HARD! Timing in Music is crucial EVERYWHERE. Maybe you are focusing too hard on the math of it all... you need to "feel" the songs / lines / grooves.

  6. I think you may be right James. and Guys I don't need my car timed :) D'UH
