Kings of Leon - Closer

Realized there's no tabs for this out there so i thought I'd put it up. (ok, there's one....but 1/3 of the notes are wrong and i don't think he realizes which part is the bass)

Pretty simple song, its all about timing the whammy strikes with your delay repeats there is usually 5 delay repeats in between each note but occasionally he does it on a fourth, just listen for the timing.

Notes on Effects:
1) This riff just simply doesn't work with an analog delay
because analog delays naturally decay, you wont get the
consistent repeats that make it sound great
2) Im fairly certain jared uses a bass whammy from live
videos, but a WH4 will do this just fine.

^ Pick note and rock whammy forward
* Pick note and rock whammy forward then back fast
\/ Rock whammy forward THEN pick note THEN drag back
