    This is a Boss DS-1 professionally modded by Kinnatone to have more bass and mids, less piercing highs, numerous clipping options, and a world of huge synth sounds.

    The synth tones can vary from subtle to full-on sub-bass fuzz destruction. The sub octave can get LOW, so tread with caution. If a haywire Boss OC-2 mated with a bass-friendly, fuzzed-out DS-1, the result would be something like this pedal.

    It CAN function strictly as a dirt pedal going from boost all the way through saturated fuzz. You don’t HAVE to activate the synth circuits, but that’s where the fun lies.
