:bassist: Its been three weeks and they feel and sound good
on my bass. I really notice and like the thinner gauge G the twangs gone and it sounds big and full. the E string is huge sounding! A strings
a little mellower the d string has loads of volume i think its my bass liking the frequency. compared to the obligatos i feel like my bass is a new instrument in a good way.
    -more sustain
    -better articulation
    -more volume
    -better response.
definitely liking the bigger warmer tone.
I've raised my action up some.
so far so good thought I'd share my views with yall.
  2. I agree that the Heritage strings were some of the best feeling strings I've played. But on my bass, they just didn't produce the tone I wanted, and the G just never lost the twang.

If they've tweaked the formula within the last year or so, I might be tempted to try them again.
