Anybody know if you can calibrate a Korg CA40 (the small handheld silver one) tuners? I've had one for a while and I've noticed that it's 1/2step sharp (needle is 45deg to the right instead of straight up) compared to anybody elses tuner (compared with my instructor and my guitar tech who installed new strings recently). I've changed the batteries.

    Any ideas?
  2. I'm not sure about that particular model. On my Ca-30 (which is a bit more universal, I believe) there's a setting for Hz. One time it got set to like... 430Hz rather than 440. I was about a half step down from the rest of the band!

I don't know if your model has that same adjustment but mine has two buttons on the front labeled 'calib.'
