    Price:
    2400
    Strings:
    4
    Location:
    California
Fully carved bass, no cracks or repairs needed. Adjustable bridge. Sounds really good to my ears with the polychrome set it has (comes with a polychrome set, can change the E to spiros if you want). Try it out for yourself to find out. Very easy to play. Just a bit bigger than a 3/4 bass I had before so maybe its 7/8? SL is around 42". Comes with a bag and your choice of german or french bow. Price is $2400 OBO. I will accept trades, but only for photography equipment. Due to an injury in my left hand Photography is the only one of my passions I can indulge right now (Thank you, whoever invented tripods and monopods). Will upload pictures in a bit, if you need specific pictures of anything just ask.

If only this were a 3/4. I'm not sure a 7/8 would work for me, though I'm still relatively new to DB. I would've gotten that Thompson you sold last year had I known about it at the time. I go down to SD fairly often.

I'll have to think about this one.

  6. To me, the 7/8 size was more convenient than the 3/4 (I have two basses to compare). But not every big bass seems comfortable to me. I'm medium height. You just need to try.

I`m pretty much average height and wingspan, 175cm, with a 7/8 -ish bass. It`s a tad too big for me, but there definently is a lot of tone going on.

I have the gamba version of the same bass. It is a 7/8th but just does fit into my 3/4 Bobelock bag. Big low end that is opening up nicely. Sounds good with the Kaplans that came with it both pizz and arco.

Hello. New to the board. Is this still available? I am looking for a second base so I can take my other wonderful but old one in for repairs. I am in San Francisco but travel to the SoCsl area often so possibilities exist. Let me know please. I am Matthew at mdudek40@hotmail.com.
Also and chance to send a sound clip? Thanks!!
