Had a bad string in my new set of Sunbeams. Store told me too bad, so sad. I e-mailed DR and they responded the next day, saying they would mail out a replacement. (and I'm in Canada!). Prompt, courteous, and they stand behind their stuff (even one string at a time!). Can't express how pleased I am with their customer service. And no more "store" strings for me. Will buy on-line from now on. Just wanted to post a good experience and acknowledge DR's great customer service.
