For sale is a very nice Kustom KXB500 I bought brand new at the end of the run.
These are awesome amps and I am struggling posting this for sale!
The little amp punches through the mix better than any other 500 watt amp I've owned!
About 10 hours of play time on it...
    $325 $350 shipped...

I own and love my bass prodigy and d-800. How does this amp sound in comparison? Thx

Well it's a very inexpensive amp but still can compete with the amps you mentioned in sound. It seems to have power to compete with an 800 watt head. I'd take either for a gig. It seems to have a more full low end than those mentioned although I haven't pushed a Prodigy though all its paces. I have had the Strategy for a little while and I rarely play it. It's a nice head but a lot of knobs and switches to turn. I'm a "find your setting and leave it" person so the Strategy may have a lot more to it but I just haven't done all the knob twisting to find out. For tube sound, I turn on my Ampeg Heritage SVT usually. I keep about 8 to 10 heads so just trying to let something go to minimize what I have in the stable.
