    I'd like to try these to set em up as EADGC on my new Ibby Portamento FL5 but it's 34" scale, these may be way too long. @Mammoth bass, if you're going for EADG, I don't see why not, you'd just have a B and C left over, you could just sell those here or use em for different setup. But OP can prolly answer best. peace, e.

    You could use just four of the strings, though you had best check that the 38" windings will suit your bass.
