Labella Goldentones G&D for sale

    These two strings have been on my bass for one day. I have invoice dated July5th2005, so they're practically new. Gut with a thin nylon winding, not so different from the Kaplan Golden spiral model.
    I paid them $ 58 (G) + $ 88 (D) + $10 shipping = $ 156
    I can let them go for us $ 100 plus shipping. Paypal preferred.

    How do they play? What didn't you like about them?
    (I've been considering buying some for awhile now, but am hesitant.)

    Goldentones are very nice strings. Maybe they have a slightly higher tension than the Kaplan Golden Spiral, at least on my bass. Anyway I sell them because I simply stick with my Kaplans.
    Sound and feeling of Goldenstones is good, with roundness and lots of attack-percussion.
