The Bass I always wanted, but never been able to get hold of one, is now in my possession:
The Fender Jazz Bass LPB, matching headstock, pearl block inlays, white pg with thumb rest.
And because the opportunity was there, I've got one with dots as well!
Both refin. The pearl block bass was a sunburst 2008 MIM Fender Jazz Bass, the dots bass was a fiesta red 1993 MIJ Squier by Fender Silver Series.

(for those who don't know: the MIJ is one of the world wide best Jazz basses around, with pickups and other hardware that sounds amazing, and plays really smoothly. The MIM is good also, not as good as the MIJ, but stil pretty impressive).

So, here are some pics to - I hope - enjoy: thumbnail_20190611_203551.jpg

LPB with block, binding and matching head is tough to beat!

A little extra info: the bass to the right (with the dots) is in 1965 style:
The decal of course, the dots just after the clay dots en just before the lollipops.
The bass to the left is in style with Jazz basses in 1974/1975.
Again the decal and now the pearl block inlay.
