Lakeland

    My dream bass would be a Lakeland. To me they have maaried the best - a Jazz and a Stingray. I love the sound of a Stingray, until you get high on the neck and it gets thin. That why Lakeland added the Jazz type pickup. You get the best of both.

    It's pronounced LAKELAND, but spelled LAKLAND.
     
  3. I agree with you about the laklands. That's why I've started building a clone for myself. Well, electronically at least. I'm not gonna carve anything myself. Goin w/ MM/J Bartolinis for electronics..Warmoth for construction bits and pieces. I'll let you know in a year. Heh, that's about how long it'll take me w/ Job/Life/Band/Fish/Woman responsiblities.
