    Lakland 55-01 Deluxe. The Deluxe = maple quilt top which is no longer an option Lakland offers on this model, so some degree of collectibility. Ash body.

    35" scale
    2 Bart soapbars
    Hipshot tuners
    string through option
    Controls are vol/blend/low/mid/hi

    Bass is in excellent condition, plays like a dream. Sorry, don't have the weight and my bathroom scale is broke. Although it looks like a heavy bass, when you pick iut up, it's lighter than you expect. The 35" scale really makes for a stout and solid low B string. Gorgeous looking, very tweakble EQ section. Only reason I'm selling is that I don't need two 5 string basses and my SR5 does the trick.

    It has TO flats on it but upon request, I'll swap them out with rounds.

    Comes with an lower-end gig bag, but will be packed and padded for transit.

    No more Deluxe on the -01 series!!!!

    Common guys! I bought my first Laklie from this guy (well not really - I had one ordered, but his BG was the first one I actually owned!) and he is a GREAT guy!!!

    If I was not already "in the dog house" I would buy this!!!

    Beautiful bass. I had a tobacco burst Deluxe and it was an amazing bass. C'mon, a Deluxe at this price is a giveaway. These are getting harder and harder to find.
