Lakland customer service is amazing..

    just a quick note to say how fantastic Lakland customer service is.

    I purchased a used 55-02 recently and the center detent bass pot had lost its center detent. I emailed Dan and asked to purchase a replacement and the "Lakland Tool" allen wrenches as they did not come with the bass.. He emailed back asking for my address. I sent it thinking I would get a shipping quote on the package (I'm in Melbourne, Australia).


    ...and 3 days later I recieve a care package for Lakland containing a brand new pot and the allen wrenches! all totally free of cost!!

    GREAT STUFF LAKLAND!!!!! very impressed :smug:

    I've heard success stories like this over 10 times.

    I would have to agree, even though I have no experience with Lakland, that they really care about their customers.

    For this reason I'm looking into a Joe Osbourne 5'er as my next bass and have absolutely no reservations about it, sight unseen.
