    Considering a purchase of this rare and intriguing beast, or i may try to create a similar thing with some DarkStar pickups. I would love to get links to any mp3's of this intstrument, demonstrating the bridge solo'd sound, neck and both blended. I think there are a lot of TB'ers who would love to hear this bass.

    I played that famous red one at the NYC GTG and it sounded amazing. I only played it for about 5-10 minutes, wish i played it more..

    Man, those are sweet looking basses! I'm really gassing for some Dark Stars. I wish I was in the Lakland tax bracket...
