This is Lakland's original Duck Dunn model made in 2003 in Korea. The bass has been very lightly played and has no major blemishes or dings. Price includes hardshell case and shipping conus. Very few of these original Duck Dunn's were made. Cash sale (PayPal) only, not interested in any trades. Bass weighs just 9 lbs, 1 oz.

Really cool, with the late 50s coloring.

What's the nut width and neck profile? Similar to the later DD4s? drool

Hey R&B, No, the later DDs have the J neck, 1.5" at the nut. This first issue of the DD was modeled after his '58 P Bass. It's 1.75" at the nut. Not sure what the profile is called. It's a pretty slim neck and feels really good.

If you're wanting that very slim J neck, that's what's on the PJ 4464 I also have for sale.

I have this exact same bass in a 2006 model and love it. Bump for a killer bass.

Waiting for the right person to see this. Great rare bass here. Hope to find it a good home.

Off the market for this one. I'm keeping the original Duck Dunn...
