As part of my bass purge, here's my Lakland Skyline DJ4 with maple neck and mods. The serial number shows it as new in 2013, but I bought it right after the NAMM show 2014. I replaced the original pickups with Lindy Fralin Jazz pickups and added a Seymour Duncan Antiquity P Pickup between them. It's wired with the Jazz Pickups in Series on one pot and the P pickup on the other pot, so it sounds huge when everything is together. I have it strung with Chromes. It weight 8.85 lbs. I don't have a case for it (I share gig bags among my basses.) Besides the mod, the bass is in very good shape. It's neck is super straight and the truss rod works well. There are no visible wear marks on the body and the satin finish is smoothing out a bit due to play. I'm asking $900 shipped on this. I'll drop 50 bucks off the price to deliver it in person. I'm open to trades, as I probably need a 4 string, so feel free to make any offers. I'm on the far north side of Chicago.
Lowered the price on this and since I've generated a bunch of cash selling other stuff, I'm totally up for trades. I'm looking for Fender Road Worn Basses, Ibanez BTB's and/or any 4 string p-bass instrument.
