I have loved using this bass for rock gigs for the past five years -- I think I am the second owner. It is a terrific bass in very good condition. There are some small indentations in the body but nothing through the paint, and the back of the neck is definitely not "like new" (but so much better than a fake vintage job, no offense). However, I haven't used it much in two years, so it's time to move on. This was Dan Lakin's first P5 bass, if the serial number is correct. I had Tina over at the Amp Shop in Hollywood add a Nordstrand J to it. Perfect job. And at one point, I had a preamp installed, which was miraculous considering there was no extra routing besides the battery box. But I will be shipping it PASSIVE (vol, vol, tone). It is getting setup this week... Comes in Fender hardcase in very good condition. Also, currently has flatwound strings on it. Makes for such a musical bass!
