Laptop upright?

    Check this thing out! It is from a band called Turin Brakes. It looks kinda like a solid body baby bass. Weird, but interesting. What scale length do you think it could be? If I had to float a guess, I would say it is a one-off instrument.

    After the gas tank bass I looked at the thread title and expected to see something made out of old iBooks and Thinkpads.

    The picture is kind of fuzzy, but it's possible that it is a solid slab instrument or a very thin (a la es335) hollow or semihollow.

    Now that I look at it closer, I think you guys might be right. It does look like a slab of some sort. Maybe we can create a category in and of itself for it: EAOTLUB (electric angled-off-the-leg upright bass). :D
