Show your Lawsuit basses!
My 1975 Global Jazz (Fender lawsuit; Obviously) bass.
Shouldn't you go first, since you started the thread?
EDIT: Ah, now I see the pics... That's a nice-looking instrument there!
Does this qualify as a lawsuit bass?
19?? Hondo 4001 copy

1983 Greco 4001
1973 Greco P
Can't find the pics of my Greco Les Paul (1981); must be on the HDD at the workshop.
All are at least as good as any of the original factory editions that I've compared them side to side with.
Was looking through the 80's bass megathread this morning, you have quite a collection!
Thanks. It was my era, so it seems to be where all my faves are from. Good thing is a lot of them were cheap for a long time with prices << quality. Got a 'thing' for US Peaveys at the moment, but don't really need to buy anything else.
I've got big big GAS for an Aria ZZB at the moment.
I nearly bought one of them off US ebay a couple of years back. Got a lovely Korina Epi Explorer bass I'd be happy to let go. If interested, PM me.
Ibanez TR 500, I've heard it referred to as a "Lawsuit" Bass!
I just scored this on eBay. 1980 Aria "Primary Bass". It has a few "issues". It might be an easy fix or my second relic project. I'll decide once it arrives
This bass keeps calling ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNN.........ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNN
Super 80's Right there. Thats real nice. I like it. Keep 'em
Stop teasing me Knifemaker. I've gotta save up money then I might steal it from you.
I've got dibs!!! Back off everyone!!!
Yeah, I wonder why so few are posting to this thread.... Maybe people are scared the authorities will show up and seize their "contraband" instruments? If anyone tried that with me I'd go all FLCL on their head with my bass....
Ooh, my uncle had one of those Aria Expolorers, same color minus the blood. How do they sound? I forget.
My Global EB-3 copy
Bacchus has since changed their headstock as well. I love this Jazz bass One of the best passive Jazz's I've ever played.
I love this thread! ha ha. I don't have a bass to share, but I just wanted to leave a simple comment.
